In the golden age of Japanese MMA, PRIDE Fighting Championships was larger than life — chaos, spectacle, and legends in the making. Among the cast of characters ringside was Hiromichi Momose, known as the “Phantom of PRIDE.”With rumored ties to the Yakuza and a mysterious presence, he became infamous for always wearing the same cap: “Forever Young at Heart.”

Rampage Jackson, never one to hold back on antics, once tried to snatch Momose’s hat during an event. Commentator Stephen Quadros stopped him just in time, warning him who he was messing with. That moment turned the cap into a cult symbol — part of the untouchable mystique of PRIDE.
